Walking
If you are in the center of Ha Long, head toward the waterfront. Find Nguyễn Văn Cừ street and walk towards the east along the beach. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Hạ Long street. Turn left onto Hạ Long street and continue straight. After about 500 meters, you will see the Victory Star Cruise located at 9 Hạ Long, Bãi Cháy. It's near the beach, making it a pleasant walk.

Taxi or Motorbike Taxi (Grab)
Open the Grab app on your phone. Enter 'Victory Star Cruise' or '9 Hạ Long, Bãi Cháy' in the destination field. Select your desired vehicle type (car or motorbike) and confirm your ride. If you are not near a pick-up location, you can walk to the nearest main road where taxis are usually available. The drive will take approximately 10 minutes from central Ha Long.

Public Bus
Find the nearest bus stop and take Bus number 02 or 03, which runs towards Bãi Cháy. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Bãi Cháy bus station, and from there, it's a short 5-minute walk to 9 Hạ Long. Head east on Hạ Long street, and you will see the Victory Star Cruise on your left.
