If you're driving, start from Hoi An Ancient Town and head southeast on Tran Hung Dao Street. Follow the signs to Cam Kim Island. Cross the bridge over the Thu Bon River, and continue straight. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs for Khu Dệt Chiếu Kim Bồng on your left. There is parking available nearby.

Take a local bus from Hoi An Ancient Town to Cam Kim Island. Buses usually depart from the main bus station near the ancient town. Ask the driver to drop you off at Kim Bong Village. From there, it’s a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) to Khu Dệt Chiếu Kim Bồng. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.

Rent a bicycle in Hoi An Ancient Town and head towards the Cam Kim Bridge. Cycle across the bridge and continue on the road that leads to Kim Bong Village. It’s about a 3-kilometer ride. Follow the signs to Khu Dệt Chiếu Kim Bồng, which will be on your right. This option allows you to enjoy the scenic countryside along the way.

If you prefer a more scenic route, you can take a boat from Hoi An Ancient Town to Kim Bong Village. Look for boat service near the Japanese Covered Bridge. The boat ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the village, Khu Dệt Chiếu Kim Bồng is a short walk away. Be prepared for a small fee for the boat ride, which usually ranges from 20,000 to 50,000 VND per person.
