From the center of Hoi An, head south towards Nguyen Du Street. Follow Nguyen Du Street until you reach the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street. Turn left onto Tran Hung Dao Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hoang Dieu Street. Turn right onto Hoang Dieu Street and follow it until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto DT 614, which will lead you towards Bãi biển Hạ Thanh. Continue on DT 614, and you will soon see signs for the beach on your left. The journey takes about 30 minutes.

From Hoi An’s Old Town, head out on Tran Hung Dao Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hoang Dieu Street. Turn left onto Hoang Dieu Street and proceed to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto DT 614. Follow DT 614 for about 15 kilometers, and you will find Bãi biển Hạ Thanh on your left. The ride takes approximately 20 minutes.

Walking to Bãi biển Hạ Thanh from Hoi An's Old Town is quite a trek, but it’s a scenic route. Start by heading south on Nguyen Du Street, then turn left onto Tran Hung Dao Street. Continue straight until you reach Hoang Dieu Street and turn right. Follow Hoang Dieu until the roundabout, then take the first exit onto DT 614. Keep walking along DT 614 for about 15 kilometers. The beach will be on your left. This journey will take around 2-3 hours, so be prepared with water and sunscreen.
