Travel Guide to Thanh Hà Terracotta Park

Getting There

• Bicycle

  If you are renting a bicycle in Hoi An, start your journey from the Ancient Town. Head southwest on Nguyen Hue Street until you reach the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street. Turn right onto Tran Hung Dao and continue straight until you reach the bridge over the river. Cross the bridge and stay on the main road as it leads you into Thanh Ha village. Look for signs directing you towards Thanh Hà Terracotta Park, which is located at Phạm Phán, Thanh Hà. The park is about a 30-minute ride from the Ancient Town.

• Walking

  If you prefer to walk, start in the Ancient Town and head southwest on Nguyen Hue Street. Continue until you hit Tran Hung Dao Street. Turn right and walk straight until you reach the river. Cross the bridge, and keep walking straight. After crossing the bridge, look for signs indicating Thanh Ha village. Once you enter the village, follow the signs to Thanh Hà Terracotta Park. The walk will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours from the Ancient Town.

• Motorbike Taxi (Grab or Local)

  Use a motorbike taxi app like Grab or hail a local motorbike taxi. Set your destination as Thanh Hà Terracotta Park, Phạm Phán, Thanh Hà. The drivers are familiar with the area and can take you directly to the park. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

• Local Bus

  To take a local bus, find the bus stop in Hoi An that services routes to Thanh Ha village. Board the bus that goes towards Thanh Ha, and inform the driver that you wish to visit Thanh Hà Terracotta Park. The bus will drop you off near the village entrance, from where you can walk to the park in about 10-15 minutes. The entire journey may take around 30-45 minutes including waiting time.
