Walking
From the center of Hue, head towards Le Loi Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street. Turn left onto Tran Hung Dao Street and continue walking for about 15 minutes. You will pass by several local shops and cafes along the way. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Nguyen Hoang Street. The Nine Holy Cannons will be on your right side, just after the entrance to the Imperial City.

Cyclo
Find a cyclo (a traditional bicycle taxi) in the central area of Hue, such as near the Dong Ba Market. Tell the driver you want to go to the Nine Holy Cannons. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will navigate through the streets, and you will be dropped off right outside the attraction.

Bicycle
If you would like to rent a bicycle, many shops in the city center offer rentals. Head towards Nguyen Hue Street and rent a bike. From there, cycle straight down Nguyen Hue Street until you reach the bridge over the Perfume River. Cross the river and continue straight on Le Loi Street until you reach the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street. Turn left, and then follow the previous directions to reach the Nine Holy Cannons.
