Walking
Start at the center of Hue, near the Imperial City (Citadel). Head south on Le Loi street until you reach the intersection with Tran Hung Dao street. Turn left onto Tran Hung Dao street and continue until you reach the Nguyen Hoang street. After about 1 km, you will arrive at the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Hoang Hoa Tham street and proceed straight for about 800 meters. You will see the entrance to the Mausoleum of Emperor Dong Khanh on your right at the address: CHH9+XXH, Đoàn Nhữ Hải, Thủy Xuân, Thành phố Huế, Thừa Thiên Huế, Vietnam.

Cycling
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the many shops in the city center. Start your journey from the Imperial City, cycling south on Le Loi street. After reaching Tran Hung Dao street, turn left and cycle until you arrive at Nguyen Hoang street. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Hoang Hoa Tham street. Continue for about 800 meters, and the Mausoleum of Emperor Dong Khanh will be on your right. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes.

From the city center, find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 1 or 2 towards Thuy Xuan. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it varies throughout the day. After approximately 30 minutes, ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach the stop closest to the Mausoleum of Emperor Dong Khanh. Once you get off, walk about 500 meters down the road, and you will see the mausoleum on your left.
