If you are in the city center of Quy Nhon, start at the Quy Nhon Seafront (Bờ Biển Quy Nhơn). From there, head east along Nguyễn Huệ Street until you reach the intersection with Trần Hưng Đạo Street. Turn left on Trần Hưng Đạo and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Nguyễn Tất Thành Street. Turn right onto Nguyễn Tất Thành Street. After about 1.5 km, you will see a sign for Phước Sơn on your left. Continue straight until you reach Phước Sơn Village. Vinh Quang boat quay is located in this area; follow the signs to the quay.

From the Quy Nhon Bus Station, take a local bus heading towards Tuy Phước District. Ensure that the bus stops at Phước Sơn. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Phước Sơn, ask locals for directions to Vinh Quang boat quay, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in the city. Start from the center of Quy Nhon and cycle towards Nguyễn Tất Thành Street. Follow the same route as the walking directions, which is about 5 km. The ride should take around 20-30 minutes. Be mindful of traffic as you approach Phước Sơn Village, and look for any signs directing you to Vinh Quang boat quay.
