If you're driving, start from the Colonial National Historical Park Visitor Center located at 1000 Colonial Pkwy, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Head northwest on Colonial Pkwy and take the exit toward US-60 W. Merge onto US-60 W and follow it for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto W Nicholson St. The Peyton Randolph House will be on your right at 100 W Nicholson St. There is parking available nearby.

For public transportation, you can take the Williamsburg Area Transport (WAT) bus from the Colonial National Historical Park Visitor Center. Catch the 'Green Line' bus heading towards the Williamsburg Shopping Center. You will need to get off at the stop 'Nicholson St & N Henry St'. From there, walk 0.2 miles south on N Henry St and turn right onto W Nicholson St. The Peyton Randolph House will be located at 100 W Nicholson St on your left.
