If you're traveling by car within Eastern Shore, head towards Cape Charles, VA. From US-13, take the exit for Cape Charles/VA-184. Follow VA-184 until you reach the intersection with Bay Avenue. Turn left onto Bay Avenue, and continue until you reach the end where you will find the entrance to Cape Charles Natural Area Preserve. There is no entrance fee.
