To reach Northwest Trek Wildlife Park from Federal Way, start by locating the nearest bus stop. You can take the Pierce Transit Route 497 from the Federal Way Transit Center. Board the bus heading towards Eatonville. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for departure times. Get off at the 'Eatonville - 116th Ave E & 377th St E' stop, which is the closest stop to the park. From there, walk south on 116th Ave E for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance of Northwest Trek Wildlife Park at 11610 Trek Dr E.

Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from a local shop in Federal Way. Start your journey by heading south on Pacific Hwy E (Highway 99) and follow the bike lanes. Continue until you reach the intersection with 5th Ave SW, and take a left onto 5th Ave SW. Follow this road as it turns into 116th Ave E, and continue south until you reach the entrance of Northwest Trek Wildlife Park at 11610 Trek Dr E. The ride will take approximately 1 hour, depending on your cycling speed.

For those who enjoy walking, take a longer route starting from the Federal Way Transit Center. Head south on Pacific Hwy E (Highway 99), and then turn onto 5th Ave SW. Continue straight until you reach 116th Ave E and turn left. Follow 116th Ave E south until you reach the entrance of Northwest Trek Wildlife Park at 11610 Trek Dr E. This walk will take about 2 hours, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
