Cross the highway and turn right onto Pacific Hwy E. Walk approximately 0.25 miles until you reach S 312th St. Turn left on S 312th St and walk for about 0.3 miles. Steel Lake Park will be on your right at 2410 S 312th St.
Public Transit

From the Federal Way Transit Center, take Sound Transit Bus 186 or 181 heading south. Get off at the '312th St & Pacific Hwy E' stop. After getting off, walk east along S 312th St for about 0.3 miles. Steel Lake Park will be on your left at 2410 S 312th St.
Biking

If you have access to a bike, start from the Federal Way Transit Center and head southwest on S 316th St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach Pacific Hwy E (WA-99). Cross the highway and turn right onto Pacific Hwy E. Ride for about 0.25 miles, then turn left onto S 312th St. Continue biking for about 0.3 miles. Steel Lake Park will be on your right at 2410 S 312th St. There are bike racks available at the park.
