Take exit 226 for WA-538 E toward Mount Vernon. Follow WA-538 E which will turn into College Way. Continue straight to stay on College Way, then turn left onto Wylie Rd. Skagit Wildlife Area-Wiley Slough will be on your left at 21961 Wylie Rd, Mount Vernon, WA 98273.
