Public Bus
To reach Lake Washington by bus, find the nearest bus stop to your current location in Renton. Board the King County Metro bus route 105, which heads towards the Renton Transit Center. Once you arrive at the Transit Center, transfer to route 240. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the stop at SE 4th St & Lake Washington Blvd. From there, it’s a short walk down to the lake.

If you are close to Lake Washington, you can walk there. From downtown Renton, head south on 3rd St. Continue straight until you reach Lake Washington Blvd. Turn right onto Lake Washington Blvd and walk for about 10-15 minutes. You’ll soon see the lake on your left.
