Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the center of Snoqualmie Pass, start by heading east on I-90 E. Continue for approximately 4.5 miles. Take exit 54 for Snoqualmie Pass/Gold Creek. After exiting, turn left onto Gold Creek Road (NF-9080). Follow this road for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Gold Creek Pond Parking Lot. The trailhead is located directly adjacent to the parking area.

• Public Transportation

  If you are using public transportation, take a bus to Snoqualmie Pass. The King County Metro and other regional transit services may provide routes to get you to the area. Once you arrive at the Snoqualmie Pass bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles east along I-90 to reach the Gold Creek Pond Trailhead. Be cautious as you walk along the shoulder of the highway. There might be limited public transport options, so check the schedule in advance.

• Bicycle

  For those who are cycling, you can ride along I-90 E, but be aware that this is a busy highway with limited bike lanes. From the center of Snoqualmie Pass, follow the same route as cars, heading east on I-90 E. After about 4.5 miles, take the exit for Gold Creek and continue on Gold Creek Road (NF-9080) for about 0.5 miles to reach the parking area. Always wear a helmet and be cautious of traffic.
