If you're starting from Riverfront Park, exit the park towards Spokane Falls Boulevard. Head north towards Howard Street. Turn right onto Howard Street and cross the Spokane River via the Howard Street Bridge. Continue straight until you reach Riverside Avenue. Turn left onto Riverside Avenue and follow it until you reach the intersection at Monroe Street. The Monroe Street Bridge will be on your right, at 218 N Monroe St.

From Spokane City Center, walk to the nearest bus stop on Spokane Falls Boulevard. Take the Spokane Transit Authority bus route 60 or 61 heading towards North Spokane. Get off at the Monroe Street stop. From there, walk south on Monroe Street for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Monroe Street Bridge located at 218 N Monroe St.
