Walking
If you are starting from downtown Morgantown, head west on High Street towards the intersection with University Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Don Knotts Blvd. Turn left onto Don Knotts Blvd and walk until you reach the bridge over the Monongahela River. Cross the bridge, and you will find yourself in Star City. Once over the bridge, take an immediate right onto Leeway Street. Follow Leeway Street until you reach Edith Barill Riverfront Park. Tug Boat Depot is located within the park.
