From Watoga State Park, start by heading north on County Road 28. Continue on this road for about 12 miles until you reach the intersection with US-219. Turn left onto US-219 and follow it for approximately 10 miles. At the junction with US-33, turn right onto US-33 East. Continue on US-33 for about 13 miles until you reach the town of Davis. In Davis, follow the signs for Blackwater Falls State Park, turning left onto Blackwater Lodge Road. The park entrance will be on your left after about 2 miles.
