If you're in downtown Lake Geneva, start at the Lake Geneva Public Library located at 918 W Main St. Head west on W Main St for about 0.5 miles until you reach S Lake Shore Dr. Turn left onto S Lake Shore Dr and continue walking along the lakefront. After about 0.7 miles, you will reach the intersection with Southland Rd. Turn right onto Southland Rd, and Black Point Estate and Gardens will be approximately 0.3 miles down the road on your left.

From downtown Lake Geneva, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Start at the intersection of W Main St and S Lake Shore Dr. Ride south on S Lake Shore Dr for about 0.7 miles, enjoying the scenic views of the lake. After reaching the intersection with Southland Rd, turn right. Continue on Southland Rd for about 0.3 miles, and Black Point Estate and Gardens will be on your left.
