From downtown Northwoods, head south on Highway 47 until you reach the junction with Highway 8. Turn left onto Highway 8 and continue east for about 15 miles. When you reach Rhinelander, take the exit for Martin Lynch Drive. Continue straight on Martin Lynch Drive for approximately 2 miles, and the PPHC - Railroad Museum will be on your right. There is free parking available on-site.

You will need to take the bus from Northwoods to Rhinelander, which usually takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Rhinelander bus station, you can either walk or take a taxi to Martin Lynch Drive. The museum is about 2 miles from the bus station, so walking could take around 40 minutes.
