If you are starting from downtown Oshkosh, head south on Main Street toward W 9th Ave. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with W 20th Ave. Turn left onto W 20th Ave and walk until you reach the intersection with S Washburn St. Turn right onto S Washburn St and continue walking south. After about 1.5 miles, you will see Poberezny Road. Turn left onto Poberezny Rd, and you will find the Military Veterans Museum at 4300 Poberezny Rd, located on your right.
