Turn right onto High Plains Rd, and continue walking until you reach the Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center located at 5611 High Plains Road.

Use the local bus service. Board the bus at the closest bus stop in downtown Cheyenne, and take the route that heads towards the east side of the city. Make sure to check the schedule for times and routes that stop near High Plains Rd. Get off at the stop closest to High Plains Rd, then walk approximately 0.5 miles south on High Plains Rd to reach the Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center at 5611 High Plains Road.
