Walking
From the center of Ibb, head towards the main market area (Souq Ibb). Navigate through the bustling market, enjoying the local sights and sounds. Once you reach the end of the market, continue straight until you find the main road leading out of Ibb. This will be Al-Nasr Road. Follow Al-Nasr Road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the junction at Al-Qarsh area. Here, you can ask the locals for directions to Alsahareej (Water Tanks), as they are familiar with the landmark. Continue walking on the road, and after approximately 1 kilometer, you will see the Water Tanks in the distance, recognizable by their historical architecture. Follow the footpath leading directly to the site.

Start at the main square in Ibb and look for a local minibus heading towards the Al-Qarsh area. The fare is usually minimal, around 50-100 YER. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Al-Qarsh. Once you arrive in Al-Qarsh, ask locals for directions to Alsahareej (Water Tanks). It's a well-known landmark, so they will guide you. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the tanks. Follow the main road, and you will see the Water Tanks ahead.
