Car
From Kasanka National Park, head south on the D180 road towards the town of Serenje. After approximately 60 kilometers, you will reach the junction with the Great North Road (A1). Turn left onto the A1 road and continue for about 100 kilometers until you reach the town of Chibombo. In Chibombo, look for signs directing you to Lochinvar National Park, which is located approximately 30 kilometers south of Chibombo. Follow the signs and local directions to reach the park's entrance.

Start by taking a minibus from Kasanka National Park to Serenje. Once you arrive in Serenje, transfer to a long-distance bus heading towards Lusaka. Inform the driver to drop you off at Chibombo. From Chibombo, you can hire a local taxi or find a minibus heading towards Lochinvar National Park, which is about 30 kilometers south. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they will take you to the entrance of the park.
