Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the center of Livingstone, walk towards the main street, Mosi-O-Tunya Road. Head northeast for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Livingstone Way. Turn right onto Livingstone Way and continue straight for about 3 kilometers. This road will eventually lead you to the border with Zimbabwe. The Elephant and Cheetah Experience is located right at the corner of Parkway and Livingstone Way, just before you cross into Zimbabwe. Look for signs indicating the experience.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Livingstone. Start your journey by heading north on Mosi-O-Tunya Road. After about 1.5 kilometers, take a right turn onto Livingstone Way. Continue cycling straight for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass many local shops and restaurants along the way. The Elephant and Cheetah Experience will be on your left at the corner of Parkway and Livingstone Way. It's a great ride with some beautiful sights along the way.

  • Motorcycle Taxi (Okada)

    Find a motorcycle taxi (locally known as Okada) in Livingstone, and inform the driver that you want to go to the Elephant and Cheetah Experience at the corner of Parkway and Livingstone Way. The driver should navigate through the local streets, and the trip should take around 10-15 minutes. Ensure you have some cash ready for payment once you arrive at the destination. Enjoy the ride and the view!

  • Public Minibus

    Take a minibus from the Livingstone bus station heading towards Victoria Falls. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they are passing by Livingstone Way. The fare is generally very affordable. Once you get to the junction with Parkway, notify the driver to drop you off. The Elephant and Cheetah Experience will be a short walk from there; just head down Livingstone Way towards the border until you see the entrance.
