    If you have access to a car, start from the main entrance of Lusaka National Park. Head east on the main road and follow signs towards Lusaka city. After approximately 20 kilometers, merge onto Burma Road. Continue driving for about 5 kilometers, and you will find the Kabwata Cultural Village located at Plot no. 875 on your right. There is parking available at the cultural village.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach the Kabwata Cultural Village using public transportation, take a matatu (shared taxi) from any point in Lusaka National Park towards Lusaka city. Ensure the matatu is headed towards the City Centre and ask the driver to drop you at the junction of Burma Road. From there, you can either walk about 1 kilometer down Burma Road to reach Plot no. 875, or you can pick up another matatu heading specifically towards Kabwata. The fare for the matatu ride is approximately 10-15 Zambian Kwacha.

    For a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from any location in Lusaka National Park. Inform the driver that your destination is Kabwata Cultural Village at Plot no. 875 Burma Road.
