If you are in Ndola's city center, start at the main bus station, which is located at the intersection of Kenneth Kaunda and Ndola Roads. Head south on Kenneth Kaunda Road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Ndola-Mufulira Road. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Ndola's Industrial Area. Turn left onto the road leading into the Industrial Area. Jacaranda Mall will be on your right after walking about 800 meters.

From the main bus station in Ndola, take a minibus heading towards Mufulira. Make sure to tell the conductor you want to stop at the Industrial Area. The ride should take about 15 minutes. Once you arrive in the Industrial Area, ask for directions to Jacaranda Mall; it is a well-known destination, and locals can guide you. It is around a 10-minute walk from where the minibus drops you off.
