Getting there

Walking

If you are starting from the Gweru City Centre, head south on Main Street towards Robert Mugabe Way. After approximately 500 meters, turn left onto Robert Mugabe Way and continue walking for another 800 meters until you reach the intersection with 5th Street. Turn right onto 5th Street and keep walking until you reach the junction with Gweru-Maphisa Road. Cross the road carefully and continue straight ahead. After about 1 km, look for signs or locals that can direct you to GRM6+PXM, where Josiah's House is located.

Public Transport (Combi)

From Gweru City Centre, locate a combi (shared taxi) heading towards Maphisa or Mkoba. These usually depart from designated combi ranks. Board the combi and ask the driver to drop you off at the junction of 5th Street and Gweru-Maphisa Road. Once you alight, walk straight for about 1 km in the direction of Gweru-Maphisa Road. Keep an eye out for signs or ask locals for further guidance towards GRM6+PXM, where Josiah’s House is located.

Bicycle

If you have access to a bicycle, start from Gweru City Centre and cycle south on Main Street. After about 500 meters, take a left turn onto Robert Mugabe Way. Continue cycling for approximately 800 meters until you reach the intersection with 5th Street. Turn right onto 5th Street and bike straight until you reach the junction with Gweru-Maphisa Road. Cross the road and continue straight for about 1 km. Look for local signage or help to navigate to GRM6+PXM for Josiah's House.
