    Today we did the snorkelling tour with our 9 year old daughter. We were received kindly and after a good explanation we were allowed to enter the deeper part of the snorkelling area. The water was good and we saw beautiful fish around the objects on the seabed. After a short break, we continued on the shallow part where we saw a barracuda passing by and a starfish. Our guide showed us another hermit crab and sea spider. Once out of the water, snacks and water were waiting for us. In short, a nice successful trip!

    Westin was professional, kind and patient. I’ve been on snorkeling trips before but Westin really took the time to make sure everyone knew how to use the gear and felt comfortable. He knew all of our names and educated us along the way. His passion for what he does and the ocean are evident. We all had a great time!

    Let me start by saying I do no swim. But Westin made this one of the most fun experiences I’ve had in the water in the states. He took his time and showed me and my friends all the aquatic life whilst giving us a fairly good amount of knowledge about what we saw. Westin undoubtedly has a passion for this and it shows in his work ethic. I’m definitely doing this again when I come back in a few month.

    Excellent time had by my kids and myself. Guide was very kind, patient and informative. It was great that he gave step by step ‘how to’ instructions for the kids and first time snorkelers. Guides knowledge of ocean life was expansive. The experience was fun and we can’t wait to snorkel again!

    What to expect

    On this guided tour of the #1 Snorkel site in North America, you'll swim through habitats like vast arrays of coral covered reefs and grassy/sandy ocean bottom, all while encountering a plethora of normally unseen marine wildlife. Just a short distance from the shoreline is where you'll be exploring, along with our local professional guide as they point out and talk about this incredibly unique and diverse ecosystem. Under the bridge near the playground is typically where we'll meet and greet to prep gear, discuss snorkeling safety precautions, and go over the general plan for the day. This tour is truly all inclusive as we provide all snorkel equipment, sunscreen, and post snorkel snacks/drinks to enjoy after a satisfying swim in paradise. Fresh water showers to rinse off, and towels to dry and warm yourself, will also be provided. The tour generally lasts a two hour period and is designed for beginners/novices, but is still guaranteed to excite even the most seasoned ocean explorers!
