    The lovely guides who took us through the haunted history of Helen were wonderful and we had a great experience! We would definitely recommend this tour to visitors, especially to begin your trip!

    Our tour guide was knowledgeable and was a great story teller. He brought us back in time to the founding of Helen as well as more recent history.

    The guides were amazing, very informative and great storytellers. We learned a lot about Helen's history and the surrounding areas. I'm glad we chose to take the tour and would do it again.

    It was an okay adventure. We met outside of a bar and with bars comes with loud music… the tour guide was very soft spoken so for the first 15 minutes it was a challenge for us to hear him. Overall the history it’s self was very interesting and I’m glad to now know these facts… a little concerning when the tour guide started talking about the serial killer in Helen from a few years back and then proceeded to demonstrate actions with a baton and a knife… The only attraction we entered was under the bar in the basement and some how randomly only one EMF reader worked ;) I think this tour has potential… All in all the tour guide is still new so he tried his very best and I think he did an okay job and the more he does these tours the better he’ll be… a little advise for the tour guide we received maybe don’t use actual weapons for demonstrations! Was very concerning.

    Was looking forward to this but had to wait for a couple that went to wrong spot. Started late. Peter sweet man but new and very soft voice that very few could hear. Tour info wa basic nothing exciting and no history of shops or stops of shops. History hauntings were ‘sightings’ not verified and sounded made up. Concern that details of gang rape torture and possible death OD (different events) were not necessary and more along the lines of why advertise and publicly acknowledge murderers and such still on death row and such. Even had someone stop scared cause they heard “serial killer” and thought there was one currently. Also ended in basement of Two Tires and paranormal which 2 of 3 devices did not work and basement crawl space smelt like gas leak so we advised leaving area immediately for safety. If you plan to offer this tour we suggest make sure your guide is loud. Give more history (and find more and learn to emphasize and speak with enthusiasm about it) of area and don’t advertise murder, recent dead body of OD victims and rapes. Not recommended

    Two Tire Tavern

    Our adventure begins here at the most haunted location in Helen, now use as a tavern but built as a hospital in 1913.

    Alpine Fun Factory

    Learn the history of this landmark industrial building and hear some of it's dark stories.

    Two Tire Tavern

    End the tour with exclusive access to the tavern basement where a substantial amount of paranormal activity has been experienced and documented. Use our electronic ghost hunting equipment and perhaps capture some activity on the tour.
