It's your turn to be the star at Madame Tussauds San Francisco. Madame Tussauds is open Thursday through Monday, 11 am - 6 pm. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Last entry is 60 minutes before closing time.

In the past hundred years or so, Alcatraz has gone from military prison to maximum-security penitentiary to National Park Service site. The roughly 2.5 hour tour will give you a captivating overview of the intriguing, and scary, history of this little island on the bay.
