St. Paul's Chapel

We will start the tour at St. Paul's Chapel, New York City’s oldest public building still in continuous use. Just one block away from the 9/11 attacks, it miraculously survived the falling building and debris. St. Paul’s Chapel served as a makeshift rescue center during the aftermath. Its iron fence became a bulletin board where family members posted notices of their missing loved ones. Today, with the mementos received from people around the world supporting New York City, the church serves as both a landmark and a tribute.

The Oculus

The outside structure of the World Trade Center Transportation Hub, is the subway entrance and extensive shopping center.

The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum

Enter the 911 Museum with exclusive skip the line access. Admission to the museum is only included if that option is selected.

This tour should be on everyone's list, as difficult as it may be. In the museum: Listening to the 9/11 calls from those who perished. The ground zero section. The original missing posters. The Flight 93 exhibit. The info from our guide about the the North and South reflecting pools was fascinating, including how placement of the names of those who perished was done.

Dana took us through her personal experience of 9/11 and it was very moving. Dana explained everything so well, and in detail. It was a very dignified tour of what was a horrendous day in all our histories. Thank you for sharing this Dana. The museum is a must just to bring home the reality of that day.

Jim brought a local connection to that horrific event. His personal recollections that he shared added a poignant layer to the facts. Jim is a terrific storyteller. Well done, sir.

Humbling experience. It has to be seen to be believed. ANC the flowers on the names of the dead when it’s their Birthday. Just wow

Very much appreciated this tour and our guide, David. We covered a couple of blocks surrounding the monument including Fire House 10. Was shown some lovely tributes too before heading to the monument. One of the highlights of our trip for sure. Our guide didn't ask for a tip but please tip these folks if you liked your experience, it is expensive to live anywhere near where they work.

Was some what hard to see things after watching it live on television when it was happening. We think things were displayed well. Definitely worth the wait and money to see.

I brought my 13 year old grandson to NYC for his birthday. This was one of the things he wanted to do and see. Dana, our tour guide did not disappoint us. She brought many personal stories into the stops that it made us feel her thoughts and feelings of the 911 event. We both highly recommend Dana for anyone taking a 911 tour.

we booked this as one of the first things we wanted to do in New York and it did not disappoint . we got there earlier and had a look at the site before all the crowds and then we headed to the church to meet up with the tour. we were lucky enough to have Julie who had been nearby that fateful day and she explained her experience to us as she started our tour . Thanks Julie we appreciate you. lots of little things we did not know that she shared and so worth doing the tour. they are well organised and as it was a hot day she found us plenty of shade an opportunities to sit while she told us things . we booked the museum . the tour took about 90 minutes and then we spent a few hours looking through the museum . recommend the tour and no problem with the viator vouchers .
