    We started the day meeting Ash, our guide, at the visitor center in Acadia. We joined her in a passenger van and we were off to explore. She provided snacks and water. Ash went over a few options for our hike. We are an adventurous family and our children range in an age 10-13. We decided to Beehive hike. What a thrill! Ash was super knowledgeable about the park, plant life and history. She was great with the kids. We hiked about 4.5 miles. We then had a beautiful picnic lunch. What an amazing g spread for lunch. Then we were off to the bike shop. Ash guided us on a 14 mile bike ride. (You don’t have to go that far). It was gorgeous. Challenging and fun. I would for sure use Goodtrips again I highly recommend Ash as a guide.
