Went on a 4 hour trip yesterday 23Aug.24 our driver Garth picked us up at our hotel ,sorted us out with helmets ,discussed where we were going and off we went..
Went to couple of places we had been to before ,but that was ok as the ride was awesome...then to a couple of viewpoints for picture taking and a stop for coffee and I tried a local poncha ,opted for the fisherman's freshly made ...wow bit of a kick...
All in all a great time and Garth was very knowledgeable about island..would highly recommend this mode of transport for getting about the Island.

We had THE best day on a day trip with Adventure Trikes touring Madeira. The day was tailored so we saw places we wanted to see and also places our fabulous guide wanted to show us so we didn't miss out. The day was packed with things to see, but also so chilled at the same time. This trip is definitely a highlight of our visit and such a fabulous way to explore beautiful Madeira. An experience not to be missed.

Well - what can we say.!
From the second John collected us at the hotel, to return us several hours later, this was a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.
The feeling of freedom sitting on the back of the trike as we travelled the city, rural and main roads was exhilarating.
Whilst the route was our choice, we have been here regularly over the past number of years and told John to give us a time to remember. He could pick the route.
John is so knowledgeable but in a casual, informal manner and a font of information on the island, history and way of life. Easy to get on with in respect to company!
The locations he took us to were spectacular and we hadn’t been to them previously. Travelling through the country roads, into the mountains, inhaling the aromas from wood burning in homes in villages, to bread baking, eucalyptus growing along the route, to the sea along the coast - wow! An aroma delight!
Even the coffee stop was off the main tourist route and so peaceful.
We felt truly safe throughout the tour and have agreed to book again for our next visit.
We can’t recommend John and this tour enough!

The guide was great, lovely guy and happy to help. We went to the sky walk and saw some stunning views of Madeira. Would definitely recommend it

The 3 hour tour is very dependent on how long clients want to remain at each site, we flexible according to the clients needs on tour, each group of clients are different some like to stay at a view point have coffee and spend 45min. So it's very flexible. We have a route that takes but the clients decides how long they want to spend at each stop. We have time within the 3 hour tour we stop at other view points.
