    The Appian way bike ride was the best tour ever! We found about the tour through Lonely Planet and loved the description of all the activities we would enjoy. The actual experience itself was even greater than expected and there is so much that is offered with this tour. We saw so many ancient sites and structures and the Appian road itself is just beautiful. The landscape that you ride through is enchanting and peaceful, which provides a nice change from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Our tour guide Silvia was very informative, fun, and super sweet. We really enjoyed her company and appreciated her patience with us as we wanted to take tons of pictures. The meal that was provided was an absolute treat and ended up being greater than expected. We were glad we chose the 3:00pm tour since the temperature was very hot that day. Overall, this was one of our favorite days and we want to come back to experience more bike tours around the area. We feel biking through Rome is the best way to see the city. Tons of value for your money compared to other tours we booked. Definitely a must!

    We were with our kids 18y and 14y on this tour. It was really great. It was very hot, but we got frozen water in bottles and the wind while riding was cooling. We visited one catacomb and made a lot of pictures on the bikes. It was good to get out of the center of rome an see the old appian way. Thanks a lot to Silvia out tour guide.
