This is our first time here, and from the beginning at the entrance, Michelle received us and explained everything. We went to the restaurant and our server, Jayna went above and beyond. Brought us the drinks and came back to ask if everything was good. Brought the food and brought everything we needed. Then came back s few minutes later to ask if everything was good. Managers came to the table and asked if everything was good. She has stopped by often to make sure we're good and picked up dirty napkins from the table. I don't know what others are saying about bad service because we had excellent service from the time we came in. We're going to the races and we'll see how it goes. So far so good 😊 They explained everything when we first walked in so we were not surprised at all about the prices.

Total con. Went to book on Orlando tickets as was much cheaper. Didnt book till got there as wanted to measure my son to ensure he could ride. He is 56 inches tall. Aged 10. Minimum height for adult track is 54 inches. The girl on counter gave me a price so i said i was going to book via a third party as cheaper. She told me it would take 24 hrs to get ticket and to pay her. I took a chance and paid orlando tickets and was emailed the tickets instantly. Obviously told to say that to customers. Then told my son could only go on the “junior track” he has been riding go carts and quads for years. The track says recomended age, it does not state a minimum age either at the track or online. Forced to pay 11 dollars to “assess him” in the baby track first. This lasted 5 mins. Then told he could go on intermediate track but not the main track, therefore i ended up paying more for tickets as the smaller tracks are also cheaper. Told me would get 15 mins and the carts go 30mph. The race was supposed to start at 9.04pm but had to wait in the cart for over 5 mins for other riders. This was then deducted off our time. Ended up paying over 60 dollars for 5 mins on a track on cart that goes approx 12-13 miles an hour on small track.HUGE RIP OFF

Bring ear plugs! Don’t waste your kids time on the race track. Cars are speed controlled so slow you can’t call it a race. Maybe a go kart experience for small children.

Very very crowded. Check in is very long and confusing. We had a very good time regardless. I don’t think we would do it again. It was a very long day. 5.5 hours in order to do what we wanted to do.

Told 3 hour minimum wait time for bowling however, 8 lanes stayed empty for almost an entire hour. Waited 40 minutes for a server to arrive at table which hostess sat my Family at. Seems like so much more revenue can be made at this establishment along with happier customer experience's.

Took over 100 people here and had a great time. The racing experience was exceptional and best I ever had. Good and service were great and the entire place was clean and filled with great games.

Honestly, it's way too overpriced. We were willing to pay for a great time, but honestly, it was just mid. 7 minutes of racing was too short and the carts don't really respond the way you want them to which makes the experience feel disingenuous. Also, they didn't track which person was sitting in which cast, so at the end when you view results, they weren't accurate, which is annoying for our competitive group. We also did the duck bowling. It was okay. This price point wasn't too terrible. Our kids liked this. All in all, we'd definitely skip this place.

The Karting was great by its own. But I did not see any flexibility in scheduling. Too much crowded.

Honestly i did not enjoy this visit. I arrived using Trip Advisor and it took forever for them to found it. This only included the race that we waited 15 minutes for it. So when it was time to check in, they put the wrong size on me that caused me to get a headache and they didn’t find out the right size until a minute later. So we start the race and it’s just not what I expected. I guess people only hype it up because it’s inside but the track wasn’t that fun.

Andretti is a total rip off, I had my sons birthday party there spent $600 dollars there, you only get 10 minutes of 7D time, you only get 15 minutes of laser tag which u end up waiting over 15 minutes for, and you only get one time around the go kart track. The whole time you’re with people you don’t know in your attraction times. They give you game play for an hour with a 1000 tickets on the card already, but you can’t earn any extra tickets no you have to spend more money on another game card just to earn tickets, don’t waste your money it is overcrowded and not worth it.
