    we highly recommend this company for airport transfers, arrival everything went very smoothly, and the driver was waiting for us immediately outside the arrivals hall. our return trip was more chaotic; our flight was cancelled before we left Krakow, we rang Mr Shuttle, who suspended the booking until the flight details were revealed, when they were a simple phone to Mr Shuttle and the new pick-up time was arranged, then the airline brought the flight forward another hour at the last minute, again this company were able to accommodate the short notice changes, nothing was too hard for them, we were picked up and delivered to the airport. It's when things go wrong that you find how good a company is, Mr Shuttle rose to the challenge of a very fluid situation easily. On the tour we went with, Michael was an excellent guide, really friendly and informative

    Use Mr Shuttle company for our tours to the two camps and to the salt mines. With this company the ease at booking this trip was so easy. They then keep me well posted by email , text message and WhatsApp as to the pick up time and what to expect. I also had the option to book a lunch through this company which was excellent value for money and really tasty. Another bonus to booking with this company is that they also provide a guide for our tours and both camps and the salt mines (although I do think a guide is provided at the salt mines regardless ) but anyways I would just love to thank our tour guide at Auschwitz’s and she was the same guide provided for us at Birkenau. Her knowledge and information that she gave us was just so passionate and heartfelt and also the fact that she knew and had spoken to a few of the survivors she was able to relate their stories to us and this made it really special. I believe her name was Jushine (not sure if spelt right). But just again a huge thank you and keep up your great work.

    The 2 tours were amazing from start to finish. A lot of walking but so worth it to see with so much history. Our tour guide in Auschwitz is very surreal and definitely gives you so much to take away this was done with Agata she was fantastic. We then went to salt mines again a really great trip I think Catherine was out tour guide. It's a long day but great to see these places . Our driver was Thomaz he was so professional and friendly looked after us from start to finish giving us times and always there when we came back to move to next tour. Would highly recommend

    Excellent from start to finish, can't recemend highly enough. Would definitely use again, good communication throughout, tickets already arranged so no queuing as queue at Aushvitz was leghthy and no guarantee of getting in 👍

    We received an e-mail message the day before our tour, advising us of the pick up time. The Mr Shuttle driver, who was also our tour guide for the Auschwitz - Birkenau tour, arrived precisely at the time advised, and introduced himself. His English was excellent. Our tour vehicle was spotlessly clean, inside and out. We had also taken up the packed lunch option and received that the conclusion of the 1st tour. After lunch, our guide then drove us to the salt mine, where he handed us over to another guide, who was also very good. The salt mine tour does involve a lot of descending on stairs, so be warned. Overall, both tours were excellent. And by booking a tour with a company like Mr Shuttle, we were able to jump ahead of the almost 5 hour long queue of people, who had decided to book individual tickets for the Auschwitz tour. So it was worth the cost.

    Firstly, You will be taken to Auschwitz I, where you will join an English tour – provided by the museum’s guide – for about 2 hours. After that, we will transfer you to Auschwitz II-Birkenau, about 2 km away. You will spend about one hour there with the same guide.

    Wieliczka Salt Mine

    Wieliczka Salt Mine

    In the second part of the day, you will be transferred to Wieliczka Salt Mine, which happens to be one of the oldest working salt mines in the World: it has been producing salt for over 700 years. You will be attending an English-guided tour at 4 pm or 5 pm (depending on road conditions). Your guide will take you up to 140 meters underground for a 2.5-hour journey through a 2.5-km tourist route full of chambers with amazing salt carvings and statues.
