    We booked our experience through Viator and Vista Los Suenos Adventure Park ~ 1 month prior to our trip to Jacó. We received multiple confirmation emails/tickets. On the day of the event, our family went to the pickup spot and the bus did not arrive. While waiting for transportation, we called any number we could find in our reservation and no one answered. We finally looked up the Adventure Parks ticketing line to finally speak with a representative. After multiple phone calls and offering to drive to the marina, the Adventure Park told us the event was sold out and they could only accommodate us a week later which was after our vacation. We were/are so disappointed with the lack of communication, lacking to book the event and not even expressing apologies. If you book this event, I recommend a local travel team, but would not use Viator and definitely not Vista Los Suenos Adventure Park.

    This was our best tour in Costa Rica! The staff on our catamaran were absolutely amazing, they were welcoming to all the guests and helpful once we got to the island. Constantly serving drinks to everybody, and making sure that everybody had an amazing time!

    Isla Tortuga was the most beautiful beach I’ve ever been to. Clear turquoise waters and white sand. The CostaCat tour was excellent. They picked me up very close to my hotel on a bus. The staff was extremely attentive, offering drinks at all times (even on the boat), taking trash for you, and making sure you have a great and full experience. On the island, they offer snorkeling, banana boat ride, and a hike, and they walk around and check with each guest if they would like to participate before doing anything. I just went snorkeling and enjoyed the beach all day and it was great! The all inclusive price includes water, sodas, juices coffee, and some alcoholic beverages to your hearts content, as well as a large meal that was good enough. The beach has long chairs and umbrellas for everyone and the staff helps you find a set of chairs for your whole group. I believe you could also rent paddle boards and canoes. There was also a gift shop, a bar, private bathrooms, and a shower. I could do this one again and again.

    The day was perfect weather! The servers were very kind, helpful, and spoke English. Our ride was 90 minutes late to pick us up at the hotel. The hiking was too dangerous and we were not allowed to go. The snorkeling was very good, but the banana boat was $10 per person along with all other activities there were extra charges. There were limited rum punch but no margaritas. Food was delicious.

    I would leave 10 stars if it were an option! Everyone who works on the boat was so attentive and waited on everyone all day! The lunch buffet was one of the best meals we’ve had yet in Costa Rica! Everyone was so friendly and did everything in their power to ensure everyone on the trip had a great day!
