My family returned to BWI Airport from experiencing a wonderful family reunion in Florence, SC. I would rate the flights with above satisfactory scores going and coming, however... not so much with the shuttle service. We arrived at BWI about 4:15 pm. We, my 95 year old mother, my sister and I all had carry-ons, so we did not have to go to baggage claim. When we reached the shuttle stop, there was already a large crowd. They were agitated and angry because they had been already waiting approximately 45 minutes. I and my family were able to board a shuttle bus for lot B around 6:00 pm. I estimated approximately 150 people waiting on lot A or B shuttles. There were elderly, children, wheel chair patrons waiting in the sweltering heat. There were shuttles passing by; some were full, others did not stop. I called customer services three times. They could not tell me what the problem was, but said, "We will look into it". Needless to say, waiting for a shuttle for almost 2 hours in the sweltering heat with my elderly mother was horrific. I left my name and number with customer service but have not heard from them at all. P.S. - I traveled with 95 year old mother, 68 year old sister.
