We are going to KL tower on 1st of Jan 2023. Tripadvisor is ok but agent almost give us a heart attack..write inside confirmation letter agent will email 2 days before travel date but did not happen. We personally call the agent many-many time 1 day before travel date from morning until afternoon and around 4pm finally agent email us the ticket😔🥴...

Great view from the balcony!
When I was there, there were basically no queues at all (Nov-22). Make sure you buy a ticket to the open deck, it's worth it.
When there was a rain shower everyone had to go inside, so make sure the weather is ok.

If the Sky Terrace is closed, no refund or alternative tickets will be provided for that attraction. -
