In of the oldest still running tapas bars in Barcelona, you'll taste a local wine with "boquerones fritos" (fried anchovies), Tomato salad and "Pincho de Botifarra", a piece of the typical “pan con tomate” (bread spreaded with tomato juice) topped by a piece of botifarra (the word for sausage in Catalan).
Here we’ll enjoy a mix of delicious charcutierie (jamon iberico de bellota,Fuet, machengo cheese), tomato bread, tortilla de patata accompanied by Cava, the “Spanish champagne”.
In of the oldest bakery shops in Barcelona; you'll taste one of the most famous desserts in the world, the official dessert of Catalonia as declared by the Catalan Institute of Cooking.
There is a cultural concept in Barcelona called ‘la hora de vermut’, or vermouth time. It is the moment before lunch or early in the evening for dinner, when locals meet friends at a local bodega to have a vermouth before a meal. You'll drink one of the best vermouth in town accompanied by Patatas bravas and Croquetas.
