    We did not see the change of the guards even though it was Wednesday, the day the change of the guard happens. This event was a main reason for choosing that expensive trip, so I am frustrated very much of not seeing it. In addition, out of 9 hours of this tour, only 4 hours were with the bus. Then, it was 1-hour lunch break and long hiking trip in London tower. During this hiking, very frequently, our guide stopped under the sun heat and provided long historical observations. Bottom line, this tour did not match my expectations, unfortunately.

    The change of the guards and tea in Harrods is supposed to have been the highlight of this tour. We picked Wednesday, as mentioned on the website, for changing of the guards. But we were told that there was a conflict of schedule when we got on the bus that we had to be in St Paul’s Cathedral at 11:00 so we couldn't do the Changing of guards at 10:00. Why would on earth anyone advertise the changing of the guards and St Paul’s Cathedral on the same day if there could be a conflict in the schedule. In Harrods, you get to watch others having a fancy tea while you have a pot of tea and measly scones! You will have a better time going on your own! Don't fall for this money-making ploy! Avoid Premium tour...

    Not happy about not seeing the changing of the guards which was included in tour but was told we wouldn't see it ..... Zozo was lovely and quite knowledgeable

    Buckingham Palace

    Take a photo stop outside Buckingham Palace and witness the iconic Changing the Guard ceremony. Note: The ceremony currently takes place on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday (subject to availability). On Wednesdays when St. Paul’s opens late (10am) the tour will not include the Guard Change but instead there will be a photo stop outside Buckingham Palace first thing in the morning.
