Wonderful day visiting Pear Harbor and doing the circle island tour. The tour bus driver was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information along the way. The stops along the way to the nut farm, shrimp for lunch, and the dole pineapple plantation were fun.

I left my umbrella in the tour bus and the tour bus operator said they will deliver it to the hotel and never delivered it. Also, Viator did a poor job in communicating the hotel pick up. They promised to pick us up at out hotel and never did pick us up at the hotel. Also, Viator promised they will communicate with all details via email or text 48 hours before the tour. This never happened. They never sent details even 24 hours before the tour. They never follow through their promises.

THE TOUR GUIDE / DRIVER DID NOT PICK US UP SO WE DID NOT DO THE TOUR arranged for Sunday 21st April 2024. We arrived by cruise ship and we had exchanged messages to say that the ship could not start US Customs processing until 07.15 and we had been assured the driver would wait for us. As it transpired we could not disembark until nearer 7.30 and then had to clear US Customs. We were at the Terminal 2B meeting point by 07.45 and there were no tour buses there. The only tour vehicles were the large 52 seater buses for the ship's tours. As each tour bus / van arrived we checked if it was ours, we spoke to numerous drivers and checked their lists for our names - nothing. By 8.45 we were getting worried and messaged to ask where the bus was and was told the driver was making his way over. Great ! Except that by 10am we were still waiting......until after making further contact we were told the driver ha been and gone because we were not there. This is ABSOLUTELY UNTRUE - we did not move from that pick-up point !!! Further attempts to contact the company failed, except for a message from them to say we could have a refund. They have now issued the refund but there has not been any explanation of what went wrong or any apology from them for ruining our trip to Hawaii. By the time we knew the trip I'd booked 9 months ago wasn't happening it too late to try and book with anybody else so our whole experience has been marred. I WOULD NOT TRUST MY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY

I want to give a special shout out to our tour guide Ozzy. He's such a cool, funny, knowledgeable dude who's easy to chat with and made the day a lot of fun. He picked us up right on time and safely drove us to each destination. During the car ride, he had interesting trivia and fun conversation, and great recommendations for each stop. Since we were part of a tiny group (just my wife, me, and another couple), we were even able to request an extra stop at Leonard's Bakery Malasadas Truck in Kaneohe, to which he happily obliged. A 10/10 tour which we highly recommend!

The vehicle we travelled in was nice, but we spent way to much time in it. We were picked up on time by a driver, but then transferred to a central station waiting for other passengers to arrive. At this point we are now one hour behind on our beginning to Pearl Harbour. We were not there soon enough to see the Pearl Harbour video before boarding our boat out to the Arizona. We later received a link to the video, but it was a ling to someone that has filmed the video on their own device. We did go to some beautiful sites but were surprised when we found out the visits to the places on the North Shore were just drive right by them, but not stop and see them. I guess if we look back and actually read the fine print detail, we would have known it was just a drive, For a tour like this I couldn't imagine not stopping anywhere near the island tour locations, but that it what it really is. Our driver did point out some historic sites, usually after we had just passed them or too late to take any photos. They did refund some of our money after a complaint

Ali’i was the best tour guide. He gave a native Hawaiian view of every stop on the tour. Friendly, attentive to riders, upbeat and thorough. I got a view of Oahu I would have never seen on my own.

My wife and I took a fairly brief trip to Hawaii, and really wanted to get a look at the whole island. Kason was a fantastic guide, got us into Pearl Harbor early (for some fantastic pictures at sun rise) and then took us around the rest of the island to see some of its wonders, learn about some of its history, and enjoy some amazing food. Really an excellent experience.

We were on the tour on Jan 8th. It rained all day but we had a great time. Pe the tour guide was amazing. Born and raised on the Northshore, he was very knowledgeable and impressive. Great personality and very friendly. He picked us and the other folks at our hotels and even made a pickup at the airport for a couple flying in from Kona. We even did Karaoke because of the flood advisory. This was a time my wife and I will remember the rest of our lives. What a great way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Thank You!

An absolute must do while in Hawaii! The tour takes your y to all of the best spots on Oahu, and allows you the perfect amount of time at each stop to see and do everything. Our guide, Jordan was fantastic! We had a great time!
