Chris was an incredible tour guide! Incredibly knowledgeable. It seemed there wasn’t a thing about the island that he didn’t know. Every stop offered a diverse experience. The turtles on the black sand beach and banyan tree stops were unforgettable! My husband and I had a wonderful time on the tour. Thanks for the 10/10 experience!

This tour company was very customer oriented. Everything about the booking and continuous communication prior to the trip was perfect. The driver/tour guide was professional, knowledgeable and fun. The tour itself packed in a lot…amazing views….good stops along ,the way to volcano national park and on return from Hilo. I highly recommend this company!

My children and I took this tour yesterday and had an absolutely wonderful time. I was a bit worried that my 8 and 10 year old boys would get bored on an 11hr tour, but they did not. I was also worried I would regret spending what I thought at first was an insane amount of money on the tour but I do not. We had a magical experience thinks to our wonderful guide. He was so very knowledgeable and entertaining. He also put up with my youngest son’s endless round of questions with grace. We visited a coffee farm, got to see a chameleon and have him climb on my kids and learn how they make coffee. Next we visited this great bakery and then we got to enjoy the pastries on a black sand beach where two sea turtles were sun bathing. Next we spent a lot of time in the volcano national park where our guide took us off the beaten path to allow my kids to explore and get their energy out, we also visited the three largest craters, the steam vents and a lava tube. After that we headed to a candy factory and my kids loved their chocolate rocky road. We ended the trip with a visit to rainbow falls and they’ve also got some spectacular trees there. It was just a lovely experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get in a lot of the island in one day.

The tour was amazing, Kawika, our tour guide was the best that we have ever had. The view was incredibly beautiful, the black sand beach experience was great and seeing the black sand and Turtles. Then the Volcano and waterfall was something that we had never seen before. Kawika provided us with a lot of information about the history on the island and kept us entertained the whole time. We highly recommend this tour.

Learned a lot- tour guide was excellent- very professional, views were amazing, lava tunnel was exciting, Big Island stop super , loved the marsalasa at bakery, loved the black sand beach and time there was perfectBUT the lunch at the Volcano House was not up to par…..expected more (explanation, show us beans, explain what we were tasting)at the Coffee Farm from the employees there, waterfall fell short of expectations and the gourmet snacks, grab and go breakfast and hot /cool lavendar towels…yeah- dropped the ball completely there- chips/snacks like you get at Costco and paper towels…..and should be offered BEFORE guests ask

In our Mercedes Sprinter Passenger van, we’ll drive through the historic Kona district in the heart of Kona Coffee Country. At Kona Joe’s coffee farm, take a quick behind-the-scenes look at some of the most unique coffee growing techniques and sample bold yet smooth Kona Joe’s coffee overlooking Kealakekua Bay. Enjoy spectacular views, taste award-winning coffee and take home a collector’s coffee mug only found at Kona Joe.
Leaving coffee country, enjoy spectacular coastline views to the Ka’u district. There, we’ll stop in at the Southernmost bakery in the United States – Punalu’u Bakery! Enjoy the freshest Portuguese donuts (malasada) or take some rainbow bread with you to the Black Sand Beach at Punalu’u. This uniquely stunning beach is home to many nesting Hawaiian seat turtles (honu) and the place where many early Polynesian explorers came ashore.
From there, we’ll enjoy and fantastic lunch at historic Kilauea Lodge! Choose from four entrees, sides, a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice and even dessert! After lunch, we’ll explore downtown Hilo, Rainbow Falls, Akaka Falls and the most beautiful view of them all – Waipio Valley! Finally, leave the driving to us as we follow the sun back to your hotel in time for sunset.
