    The street outside the Gallery has two sets of numbers: t Generation he old numbers and the new numbers. We could find nothing to specify exactly where we were told that we would get the tickets. It was only by talking to some of the guards at the gallery that we were able to deduce that we would be meeting a person—not looking for an office—to pick up the tickets. After about 20 minutes of searching, we finally were hooked up with a gentleman who gave us a black and white photocopy that got us in the door.

    Great museum and worth paying the premium for the skip the line option. The Galileo and Leonardo Interactive museum which you may see Skip the Line tickets for do not actually have that option so those tickets are scams (there is only one line and one desk and you wait in line w/everyone else irregardless if you already purchased tickets), however this museum does and had a pretty long line the day we were there and it was 96 degrees and humid, so super glad we had these and did not stand in line.

    It worked great. We were early and were able to get inside earlier with the help of the person from the company who handed out the tickets.

    The collection is lovely and statue of David is magnificent. It takes your breath away. An absolute must see when in Florence. Skip the line ticket staff could be better identified with brightly coloured clothing or signage. Standing in line in the sun was not fun.
