    Keith was so knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend. Learned so much about the waterfalls and many varieties of mushrooms! Very cool. Also provided snacks and water.

    This hiking and waterfall tour literally was the climax of our trip to Asheville, NC. Keith owns the company and gives the tour personally. He is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met that I've toured with (and my wife and I have toured a lot). Most of the 5-6 hour tour was spent learning about the history of the area and the environment, horticulture, insects, mushrooms, foliage, waterfalls, etc... There was not a single question we asked Keith that he could not answer with details you would normally need to use Google or a library for. He is a walking encyclopedia of information, is entertaining, and made a 5.5 hour tour go by quickly. The tour went by quickly thanks to Keith and we learned a lot and highly recommend you make this tour a part of your Asheville experience!

    This by far was the best tour we had our entire vacation. Keith was informative, prepared, on time, and had a beautifully well-planned tour!!! I would highly recommend this tour above all others!

    Keith was an excellent guide and made a day of exploring so fun! He was very knowledgeable of the area and made sure that everyone could participate. It was an amazing tour, wonderful sights, and great company! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to explore around Asheville!

We also pick up:Sweet Pea Hostel, Bon Paul & Sharkeys Hostel, area Bed & Breakfast/ Airbnb/ VRBO/ locations within 3 miles of city center. We pick up within 3 miles of city center, One North Pack Square Asheville NC 28801. If you are outside that area we can meet at the: Asheville Visitor Center 36 Montford Avenue Asheville NC 28801. The parking is safe/free and we are members there as well.

    Blue Ridge Parkway

    The tour includes a drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway, (when open), an American treasure well known for its scenic beauty and remarkable mountain views. (Note: During winter months the Blue Ridge Parkway may be closed due to ice and snow)

    Pisgah Forest

    Sit back , relax and enjoy this stunning drive to our first waterfall in Pisgah National Forest before traveling a short distance to visit two more falls in a beautiful state forest. Along the way you'll listen to interesting stories about the rich history of the area that has been attracting people to the area for generations.

    DuPont State Recreational Forest

    Wear comfortable shoes or hiking boots for the approximately 3 mile hiking portion of the tour on trails rated easy to moderate. There are stops along the way that will give you time to enjoy falls, a snack and drink that are included.  Bring a small day pack if you have one. Your tour concludes with transport back to your hotel, leaving you the rest of the afternoon to enjoy at your leisure.
