    Great experience with Captain Fred. He is incredibly knowledgeable and we learned a bunch. Super straightforward to deal with and way better than booking a tour on a larger boat. Great value for a private tour!

    Great experience all around. I have had a lot of experiences on the water and my experience with captain Fred was the most straightforward and safest I have had so far. His boat is super comfortable for smaller groups and he is very knowledgeable of the area. All around good vibes and a great experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to have a wholesome experience on the water in Miami.

    What a joy! Emily (First Mate) and Jeff (captain) did an amazing job. Emily has SO much knowledge and was such fun...and I usually get bored and tune out. She is a fountain of information and clearly loves her job. The passion shines through and is inspirational. We had tourists from all over and all ages (even a 6month old!) She kept everyone’s attention. I would HIGHLY recommend this.

    Wow! Our Miami Bay boat tour was a total blast! Not only did we hit up the National Park and cruise out to the islands, but the views were straight-up killer. And let's talk about Captain Fred – guy's a riot! Had us cracking up the whole time with his stories and jokes. Big shoutout for him being on point with time too. Started right on cue, hit all the cool spots, and never felt rushed. If you're looking to see the best of Miami from the water and have a good laugh, this is the ride to book. Captain Fred’s the real deal!

    Absolutely perfect day on the water with family and friends and 2 kids. Captain Fred is a knowledgeable and witty tour guide. We laughed, had a blast and even learned a few fun facts about Miami’s water ways and aquatic life. Don’t underestimate his Zodiac. We’ve done a few traditional “yacht” days and tours and you spend half your time getting around or waiting for bridges to open etc… his nimble boat is so much more fun and easily gets around and into places a traditional yacht/boat wouldn’t dare… like coasting right into the middle of a lively and pristine sandbar at Nixon. You are up close with the wildlife and water ways and just as comfortable. Just bring sunscreen, a hat and enjoy the salt spray and ocean air… also ask Fred to let it rip a few times ;)

    The location is a riverside shopping center with a marina at the very back. There is a parking garage for a small fee. As you are on the ground level, you can make your way towards the river, where you will find the dock where we will meet.

    What to expect

    We will make our way from the meeting point and down the Miami river, where you will get close up views of both downtown and Brickell. The river is often a very lively scene with everything from partiers on yachts to fishermen bringing back their catch of the day. A great time sip on a drink & take in the scenery. As we enter the bay, we will pick up speed and make our way towards Stiltsville, the historic neighborhood on the water inside Biscayne National Park. Here you will learn about some of the history and fascinating lore of the area. We will take it slow, with opportunities for pictures, snacks & a drink. We will then make way towards the city, where you will get one of the best views of the city! Every day on the water is different. We may encounter wildlife, wind, rain, splashes, but most times, lots of sun!
