    Have driven past this site for the past 30 years. Can’t believe we hadn’t done it before. Was a real treat. I went in without any expectations. Having done a few cave tours in my time, I was expecting a meh experience. Was pleasantly surprised. Well worth the time and money. Also stayed the night in a cabin. Very clean and quite. Would recommend to stay at cabins even if you weren’t doing the tour if you needed a layover. Drove the 5 min to climb mt Etna. Really enjoyed this early morning walk. Don’t be put off by the level of fitness stated to do this walk. You just have to be reasonably fit. There are lots of steps.

    A super cool experience that we wouldn't have missed for anything. Both guides were very nice and had a lot of interesting stories to tell.

    We had an amazing adventure at the Caves. So interesting and educational. Our guide, Hudson, shared lots of great information about the caves, geological history, area history, was funny, answered all questions and made the tour that much more enjoyable. Helmets and lights are provided. This was a worthwhile stop on our road trip north.

    I would rate this 6 stars if I could. This tour has evoked what I feel could be a life-long passion for cave exploration. The wonderful, humourous, and enigmatic tour guide Byron is best described as the love-child of Lara Croft and Captain Jack Sparrow. Highly recommend to adventurous families, children, and adults of all ages.

    Mikala was our tour guide for both the Cathedral tour at midday and the Explorer tour later. Mikala made the tours very interesting. She is so enthusiastic about the caves and their history and development. The Explorer tour was probably a 3 trek rating, fully abled, can be rough in some areas, but our guide was always at hand to assist if necessary. We have visited many caves systems before including Narracourt and Buchan. We stayed 2 nights in the caravan park, it’s a strange layout, drive thru’s are a reverse in. ? Quiet whilst communing with nature. Reception was well catered for with Mindy and other staff were very friendly and welcoming.

    Capricorn Caves

    Prepare for the Adventure of a lifetime and step beyond your comfort zone on our most immersive cave tour. Explore the most remote sections of the caves where your headlamp is the only source of light. Expert adventure guides assist you through some of our most incredible and challenging caves such as Jack’s Beanstalk and Fat Man’s Misery. Emerge from the darkness for the most spectacular 360-degree views looking over Mt Etna National Park and Baga National Park.
