The class was fantastic! The rooftop views were much more breathtaking than expected. The views were only out down by the wonderful cooking lesson we received from Nada. My fellow cookingmates also made this class one of my most memorable moments in Florence!!

This class was incredible! First you meet in a square where they grab some of the fresh herbs and vegetables, walk around the corner to their apartment/home and walk up about 6 flights of stairs, and go up this narrow staircase and finally you get up to the rooftop kitchen and sitting area surrounded by 360 degree views! It is truly breathtaking up there. We were lucky enough and went on a blue sky sunny day where we could see for miles. It's help yourself wine for hours, while we made tiramisu, bruschetta and homemade pasta! The instructor was really great, he was funny and informative but patient...we learned a lot of great tips and tricks in the kitchen. I can't recommend this class enough, it was one of our favorite days in Italy! We all ate at the table together, shared wine, food and laughs! If you're on the fence of booking and wondering which class to book since there are so many to choose from, do this one - you will not be disappointed!!!

Forget the Piazzale Michelangelo, THIS is the best view of Florence!! AND you get to enjoy the view while eating DELICIOUS food that you made yourself. Simone led our cooking class on the day we went and was amazing! He was very personable and showed interest in who we were as people too. He divided us into groups to make the bruschetta and also prep the ingredients for the tiramisu. but taught the whole group about everything before we all started our tasks so we could learn multiple techniques. After the appetizer & dessert prep, we had a break to have a glass of prosecco or wine or water and take in the view and the sunshine. We then went into learning how to make & roll pasta by hand. After that, the assistant cooked up our pasta and made sauces for us while we gathered as a group on the rooftop to enjoy our bruschetta. All in all, it was an amazing class and I wish we could go back and do it all over again! We even made friends in this class that we ran into in the Amalfi Coast a few days later and ended up doing the Path of the Gods Hike together! So it was fantastic all around.

The view was great! The weather in the morning was great (not being used to the heat we enjoyed the 18-20), it heated up early afternoon as we ate which was nice. The cooking class was very hands on, many great tips to take home with us and our instructor you could tell was very passionate. Great experience!

This was the most spectacular experience my fiancé and I had in Florence. The view was spectacular, the food was amazing and we learned so much. We met great people and would highly recommend doing this while in Florence! We took the 7:00pm class and caught the sunset!! Thank you!!

I feel like we learned so much about Italian cuisine and the culture surrounding it. If you’re thinking of doing a class, LET IT BE THIS ONE!
