    Our guide was fun, entertaining and very informative. He made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I had luggage ( rolling bag) he was able to stout it safely in the bus storage area ( I did call ahead to make sure it would be ok). Another woman had a rolling walker that he stowed and pulled out at each stop. I also liked that our group size was smaller than most. We were about 20 while other groups were full size or double decker buses.

    Our guide was very personable and knowledgeable, with a laid-back but attentive approach. He had good suggestions for things to look for at our stops.

    Bernie was very knowlegeble and an exceptional communicator. The tour agenda was thoughtful and complete in scope. Most notably was Bernie's obvious concern about one of our elderly participants who did not rerturn to the bus following our free period on Granville Island. He provided caring leadership for the search by himself and other tour paticipants. He continually communicated with his home office and provided thoughtful guidance for the tour paricipants who joined in a search for the missing person. Hopefully the missing person misunderstood her guidance to return to the bus and sought another way to travel to a safe location. Clyde and Sharon Bush
