What to expect
Dunedin
We visit the Institute for Creative Arts and artist Bill Coleman our resident metal artist. As a master welder, you will see large metal sculptures which will be installed in area locations, or around the United States. There is always a new project in the studio. You never know what you may see being created. Make sure to ask questions! It's a great way to get inspiration to build something new!
Institute For Creative Arts
The Institute for Creative Arts hosts five artists; one in particular, Bill Coleman, is a metal artist that fashions metal into fun and whimsical bike racks, mailboxes, and more! This resident welder can create, design, and fabricate most anything in metal.
Mosaic House Of Dunedin
Located in a quiet neighborhood in Dunedin you find the Mosaic House. This colorful home boasts miles of tiles in the front yard, house, and back yard. Visit with artists, Carol & Blake, in their home studios and ask about what inspiration they had when creating this unique home! This stop is always a highlight of our tours!!
Studio 1212 Art Gallery
Since 1970, Studio 1212 has showcased local artists' works and offered critiques. Today they feature more than 25 artists' works. Many of the artists teach at the Dunedin Fine Arts Center. All artwork is for sale and you have the opportunity to purchase a piece and take it with you!
Stirling Art Studios and Gallery
With more than a dozen artists located here, there is something for everyone! Many artists are more than willing to visit with guests and showcase their artwork and discuss inspirations. Immerse yourself in creativity and artwork! BONUS: Make sure to visit the Penny Lane Beatles Museum located inside Stirling Art Studios.
The experience can be subject to change due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances. We always endeavour to give you the best possible experience.
